Routes to investing

ESF manages capital for institutional investors and has a range of options that suit institutional, family office and other professional investors.

ESF also offers retail lenders, through the ThinCats platform, the ability to invest in loan parts. Lenders starting from a minimum of £1,000 can select loans to invest in. Current ThinCats retail investors have an average of £60,000 invested through the platform.

Returns vary typically range from 7-12% per annum depending on the risk profile of the borrower.  Investors benefit from a professional credit analytical and underwriting process, as well as loan servicing using proprietary technology and a dedicated monitoring and recovery teams
